The Journey
MY STORY
THE ROCK BOTTOM
At 148kg, I couldn't tie my shoes without losing my breath. I was eating fast food twice a day, drinking soda like water, and telling myself "I'll start Monday" every single week. I was 24 years old and felt like I was 60.
THE DECISION
One day I saw a photo someone took of me and didn't recognize myself. That was the moment. Not a grand plan — just a decision: I'm done being this person. I started walking. Then I started cooking. Then I started lifting. One habit at a time.
THE GRIND
No crash diets. No "30 day challenges." I learned to cook meals I actually enjoyed. I found a gym routine I could stick with. The weight didn't fall off overnight — it took consistency, patience, and showing up on the days I didn't want to.
THE RESULT
88kg. Lean. Strong. But the number on the scale isn't even the best part. I sleep better. I have energy. I'm confident. I proved to myself that I can do hard things. And if I can do it starting at 148kg — you can too.
